40 primaveras dan mucho que celebrar...pero por si fuese poco, también me encantaría "estrenar" contigo mi nueva casa de la mejor manera posible. El próximo Sábado 21 de Septiembre de 2024, con un día lleno de alegría, rica comida, buen vino, y la mejor compañía.

However, that is not all - I also would like to take this opportunity to show you my new home in the heart of Córdoba; in the best way possible : with tons of lovely food, great wine, good music and the best company the next Saturday, September 21st, 2024.

🇬🇧 The title is a traditional Spanish children song that doesn't translate :) The point is, my new house as a lovely patio and even nicer rooftop where we will spend the day chilling and enjoying with family and friends.

Getting there
If this is your first time coming to Córdoba, first of all - you're in for a treat! but also, you might be wondering how to get to our beautiful city. Although we don't have a local airport, Córdoba is connected by high-speed train to three international airports. If you're planning on visiting Andalucía while you are here, you can rent a car directly at the airport - however, Córdoba is best discovered by foot!
Sevilla
Sevilla (SVQ) is a small but mighty airport with daily flights from most European capitals and plenty of connection flights from Madrid and Barcelona. From the airport you can take a shuffle bus to the train station, however if you land in Seville we might be able to come pick you up.
Malaga
Málaga (AGP) is a super popular touristic destination for its round-the-year mild weather, so you will find plenty of international flights. From the aiport you can take a Cercanías train (8 min) to the train station, and from there is a 40min train ride to Córdoba.
Madrid
Madrid (MAD) with 4 terminals, is usually the cheapest option to fly into Spain. From Madrid Airport you can also get a Cercanías train into the train station, and then it's a 1h45min train ride to Córdoba Station.

🇪🇸 Lo más bonito que puedo tener este día es poder disfrutarlo juntos, con lo que los regalos no son necesarios. Si quieres ayudarnos a organizar y preparar la fiesta, traer tu plato favorito o preparar un postre para compartir - sería genial! Pero lo más importante es que estés tú.
🇬🇧 If you have been to any of my birthdays before, you probably know I have a no-gift policy. Please just come as you are - I envision this party as an uncomplicated family (yes, you are also my family) gathering. This means if you want to bring your favorite snack or bake a cake you are more than welcome, but what I care about is having you around.
